About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement IPM's Supply System in municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements — tenders, procurement, contracts, inventory/warehouse, asset management, and fleet.
- Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
- Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
- Support the implementation process by troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience with public tenders and procurement, typically gained in the public sector or with companies that work on government procurement.
- Comfortable with technology;
- Availability for frequent travel.
