About the role
- ERP Consultant supporting customers with the implementation of Dynamics 365. Involves analysis, project coordination, user training, and customer support post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- You will advise and support our customers throughout the Dynamics 365 implementation process in diverse and engaging projects.
- Conduct requirements analyses, customer meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development department
- Train key users in their workflows
- Develop suitable solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
- Extend our industry solutions based on Dynamics 365
- Provide support to our existing customers after Dynamics 365 has been implemented
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP consulting
- Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics, or finance
- Ideally: industry experience in wholesale and mail-order/online retail, IT, or high-tech and electronics
- Strong ability to understand business processes and map them in the ERP system
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Customer orientation, personal responsibility, and team spirit
- Strong execution skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel
- Very good German and English language skills
