About the role
- ERP Consultant supporting clients in implementing Dynamics 365 for Inway Systems. Engaging in project coordination, solution development, and customer training tasks in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- You will advise and support our clients during the implementation of Dynamics 365 in varied and engaging projects.
- Conduct requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development team
- Train key users in their business processes
- Develop appropriate solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
- Expand our industry solutions based on Dynamics 365
- Support our existing customers after the successful rollout of Dynamics 365
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP consulting
- Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics or finance
- Strength in understanding business processes and mapping them in the ERP system
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, self-driven, and a team player
- Implementation-focused with the ability to assert and drive solutions
- Very good German and English skills
