Responsibilities

• We are looking for a **UI/UX Research Expert** to support the continuous improvement of user experience across complex digital platforms. The role involves planning and executing research activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating user needs into actionable design outcomes. This is a hybrid position. The company is headquartered in Bratislava.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct UX research activities (interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).
• Analyse research data and deliver evidence-based insights and recommendations.
• Identify UX issues and propose actionable improvements.
• Work with analysts to translate validated user insights into solution requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure implementation aligns with research findings.
• Support and validate information architecture, navigation structures, and UI design.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for testing and validation.
• Apply and promote UI/UX guidelines and usability standards.
• Coordinate activities related to accessibility and cross-platform user experience.
• Conduct usability testing for responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Work across teams to align UX research with product and business goals.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 9 years of experience in UI/UX design, focused on web-based applications.
• Solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and UX principles.
• Strong experience in planning and conducting user research.
• Proven visual design and graphic skills; familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
• Knowledge of usability standards and best practices (e.g. Nielsen Norman).
• Ability to create responsive designs and prototypes.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken). **
