Responsibilities
Take ownership of requirements management (e.g., DOORS/Polarion): design, manage and implement requirements and customer requests
Create, consolidate and maintain requirements at system and subsystem level, including traceability across the entire development lifecycle
Design and maintain SysML models: apply appropriate methods and model functional, logical and physical system architectures
Plan and manage test activities to ensure the integrity of development processes
Work according to the V‑Model and align architecture, requirements, verification and validation

Requirements
Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
At least 1.5 years of relevant professional experience in requirements or systems engineering (ideally with exposure to defence projects)
Very good knowledge of IBM DOORS / DOORS Next
Experience modeling with SysML tools such as Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect or Cameo Systems Modeler is a plus
Interest in Safety Engineering (FMEA, FTA), process management, method development and project management
Regular on-site presence at customer sites
Business-fluent German and fluent English
