Area Sales Manager for Solutions in Austria at Interroll Group. Responsible for customer acquisition and account management in the technical field.
Responsibilities
New customer acquisition and (key) account management for the Austria sales territory in the Solutions area, in line with the company’s strategic direction
Customer support in close coordination with the internal stakeholders ASM Products and ASM Service
Technical advising of customers and support in implementing customer specifications
Close collaboration with Internal Sales on quotation preparation, price lists, delivery agreements, etc.
Responsibility for contract management and insolvency protection (e.g., invoice follow-up, dunning/collections, etc.)
Monitoring market trends and buyer behavior and providing feedback to Global Product Management and the R&D Center to drive the development of new solutions and applications
Maintaining the customer database and ensuring all information is up to date (SAP/CRM)
Representing the company at trade shows and customer events
Requirements
Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering; alternatively state-certified technician/master or equivalent qualifications
At least 3 years' professional experience in a technical environment — e.g., intralogistics systems, drive technology, control engineering, or similar
Strong service and customer orientation
Independent, self-motivated working style
Strong communication skills and technical enthusiasm
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
High willingness to travel within the sales territory and to the involved production sites
