Responsibilities
Provide technical security advice and support to the sales team in Switzerland
Provide subject-matter support for complex new client projects, tender processes and proposal development
Identify business opportunities and develop go-to-market and growth strategies for the Swiss market
Position and present digital security solutions from a subject-matter perspective
Advise clients on travel risk management and intelligence, as well as crisis and incident management
Support security-related escalations and incident management
Contribute to the design and delivery of security consulting projects
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in security (corporate security, security consulting, military, police, NGO, crisis management)
Solid professional expertise in security, risk and crisis management
Experience in deploying and evaluating digital security solutions
Extensive experience working with clients and in business development or comparable commercial roles
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
High degree of autonomy, resilience and organizational strength, including in dynamic or demanding situations
Strong intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively in international and interdisciplinary teams
University degree in Security Management, International Relations, Political Science, Crisis Management or a related field
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; French and/or Italian are an advantage
