About the role
- Manager of Caregiver Relations at INTEGRIS Health, enhancing caregiver experience and resolving employee relations issues. Leading HR strategies and implementing care standards in the community environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, sustain, and continuously improve the experience touchpoints, communication standards, and loop closure standards
- Translate complex casework into executive-level insights that drive policy and leadership behavior
- Hold the line on consistency and equity while enabling compassionate decisions aligned to INTEGRIS Health values
- Implement the Caregiver Relations standards; tier definitions, key process standard work, templates, professional standards, and caregiver resources
- Hire, coach, and performance-manage Tier I – III talent; run on-call and surge capacity
- Own case management workflows, documentation standards, and experience service level agreements
- Review and assign escalations; personally lead or oversee select Tier III investigations
- Partner with HR Talent Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Caregiver Safety, and Caregiver Health on outcomes and risk mitigation
- Produce monthly/quarterly insight reports (themes, hotspots, leading indicators, equity checks)
- Partner with HR Talent Strategy for leader education on documentation and corrective action
- Ensure audit-readiness, evidence handling, and litigation support discipline
Requirements
- 5 years HR/Employee Relations experience
- Formal training in employee relations investigations, mediation, and conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s or equivalent
- Healthcare HR experience preferred
