About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the development team on operational aspects of data pipeline
- Ensure security and promote secure coding practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure data solutions
- Utilize AWS services to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
- Work with Databricks and Snowflake to manage and analyze large datasets
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years experience in a DevOps role
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any combination of education and equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in an AWS cloud environment
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience in a Databricks and Snowflake environment is a significant asset
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
