Responsibilities
- Analyze, recommend, and implement strategic projects to optimize supply chain management.
- Ensure optimal performance of quantitative and qualitative indicators related to the operational performance of suppliers.

- Lead or contribute to national projects to meet quality, schedule and cost objectives while ensuring that projects meet the company's high customer service standards and objectives.
- Participate in the operations and deployment of projects and collaborative policies by planning, directing, and controlling the various operational phases.
- Ensure constant and professional communication with the various business partners to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Actuarial Science is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Property & Casualty insurance is needed.
- At least 8 years of experience managing and leading a national team is required.
- Willingness to travel nationally is required.
- Strong ability to create presentations and present to all levels including executive leadership
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and guide execution with strong project and change management skills.
- Relationship Building: Excellent skills in building relationships based on trust and collaboration, effectively influencing diverse groups.
