About the role
- Accounting Manager managing financial operations for Europe and Middle East regions while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls. Leading reports and overseeing local finance teams at iNova healthcare company.
Responsibilities
- Manage full financial operations and reporting, ensuring accuracy in SAP monthly close, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, journal adjustments, deferred revenue, and financial consolidation.
- Prepare and finalize corporate financial reports, provide data-driven insights to support business decisions, and ensure compliance with internal controls and certification standards.
- Lead annual audits, tax schedules, and Year-End Tax Package preparation; coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, banks, and authorities to ensure statutory compliance and regulatory filings.
- Strengthen and optimize internal controls, enhance financial processes and automation, and support transfer pricing compliance with global regulations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align financial reporting with operational needs and ensure efficient governance.
- Provide leadership to the finance team and support ad hoc projects and additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; professional qualifications (CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA) preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in financial accounting and/or taxation, including leadership and people‑management responsibilities; Big 4 experience and strong technical skills desirable.
- Industry experience in pharmaceutical/medical devices is an advantage; strong understanding of corporate reporting, taxation, and transfer pricing.
- Hands-on, business‑oriented approach with strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capability.
