- AI Growth & Funnel Automation Specialist optimizing and automating demand generation funnels with a focus on B2B channels. Building automated systems integrated with Microsoft Dynamics for measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Construir y optimizar embudos automatizados de generación de demanda
- Diseñar funnels completos (captación → nutrición → conversión)
- Crear sistemas de prospección automatizada en LinkedIn (outbound B2B)
- Diseñar secuencias multicanal (LinkedIn + email + contenido + remarketing)
- Integrar todos los flujos con Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Automatizar procesos con herramientas no-code/low-code (Make, Zapier, APIs)
- Aplicar IA para: Personalización de mensajes a escala, Generación de contenido orientado a conversión, Optimización de funnels y campañas
- Medir y optimizar métricas clave: conversiones, CPL, pipeline, CAC
Requirements
- Experiencia (3-6+ años) en growth, demand generation o marketing automation B2B
- Experiencia real creando y optimizando funnels end-to-end
- Experiencia trabajando con CRM, idealmente Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Conocimiento práctico de automatización (Make, Zapier, integraciones, APIs)
- Experiencia usando LinkedIn como canal de captación
- Mentalidad analítica y orientación clara a negocio
- Muy valorable: Experiencia en sector tecnológico, SaaS o ERP
- Uso avanzado de IA aplicada a marketing (workflows, prompting, automatización)
- Experiencia alineando marketing y ventas (MQL → SQL → cierre)
