- Serve as the on-call expert when incidents occur
- Collect field logs and data to feed R&D improvements
Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac+2) or equivalent in IT, electronics, or a technical field
- Experience in R&D, technical support, or IT
- Familiarity with quality processes and reporting tools
