About the role

Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud program management for global firms at Infosys Consulting. Drive implementation, stakeholder management, and governance for successful business transformation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Public Cloud programs, including planning, governance, and execution.
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP partners.
Facilitate executive updates and ensure alignment across global and local teams.
Drive adoption of SAP Public Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with “clean core” principles.
Support change management and training initiatives to maximize business value.
Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions.
Implement robust governance and escalation frameworks.
Manage relationships with SAP and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to SLAs.
Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

10+ years in SAP program/project management, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SAP programs.
10+ years of SAP Consulting experience/background.
Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud architecture, deployment models, and integration patterns.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred) - SAP Activate Methodology, PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL.
Strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
