- Define project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and understand how they impact the larger Fluke-wide metrics
- Create and manage budgets for projects of medium to high complexity
- Lead project stand up meetings and communicate to leadership and team with coaching
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience developing system level products, which include electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and application software in a fully integrated system
- Demonstrated ability to inspire collaborative team execution including leadership of geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams
- Experience in coaching junior team members in program management
- Proven experience in risk management and change management
- Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, adjusting appropriately for the audience and purpose
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- PMI/PMP certification a plus
