About the role

Responsibilities
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution by writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the Senior PM, Sales, and Support teams to gather feedback and communicate the "why" behind the roadmap.
- Play a leading role in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Demos).
- Use data and user feedback to represent the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.
- Validate that delivered features meet the "Definition of Done" and align with the initial business requirements.
- Possess a foundational understanding of core technical concepts such as API, cloud infrastructure, database and cache mechanism, Large Language Models (LLM) and Prompt Engineering.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban frameworks and proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to balance technical constraints with commercial urgency.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and French (good to have)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex discussions across different departments.
