Responsibilities
- Project- and product-related research and development with a focus on information security, network security, cloud architectures and industrial network technologies
- Rapid and independent familiarization with new subject areas and tasks
- Design and implementation of suitable prototype applications in laboratory conditions using the latest software and hardware technologies, aimed at testing feasibility and applicability
- Support and supervision of research projects and studies
- Cooperation and exchange with internal and application-oriented stakeholders
- Monitoring, identification and evaluation of current research and developments in new, innovative technologies
- Preparation of scientific papers and presentations for internal and external knowledge transfer
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering (…)
- Alternatively, you have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent
- You have experience in professional product development
- You bring a technical understanding of the relationships, concepts and aspects of the technology stack in use
- You possess very strong analytical thinking, conceptual skills and a quick grasp
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
