About the role

Responsibilities
- Take on the role of Information Security Officer (ISB) for INFODAS
- Further develop INFODAS's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in close coordination with executive management
- Develop policies, processes and procedures to ensure sustainable information security
- Define security requirements and standards based on protection needs, applicable laws and best practices
- Support IT and business projects on security matters and assess the information security of products and processes
- Conduct protection-requirement and risk analyses in collaboration with security architects
- Manage IT security risks, including documentation and assessment, in collaboration with business owners, IT managers and the specialist departments
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information security or a related field, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in information security
- Technical and organizational understanding of information security and compliance
- Good knowledge of information security regulations and standards (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27xxx, NIST CSF) and their practical implementation
- Preferably certified in information security management (e.g., CISM, CISSP, BSI IT-Grundschutz practitioner/consultant or an equivalent certification)
- Analytical thinking, audience-appropriate communication and an ability to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
