Responsibilities
Drive creative excellence across video, still, and integrated campaigns
Lead creative development from concept through execution

Requirements
7+ years in agency or production environments; brand-side experience a plus
Experience in beauty, luxury, and fashion; additional experience in retail, consumer tech, food & beverage, or automotive a plus
Award-winning work across digital, traditional, experiential, and emerging media
Deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, and creative effectiveness
Lead and develop creative teams (5+ people) by example
Experience managing freelance networks and creative production resources
Strong understanding of production workflows and resource management
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition
Knowledge of video production and post-production workflows
Familiarity with emerging creative tools and platforms, including AI-powered creative tools
Proven ability to win competitive pitches and retain major clients
Experience contributing to agency growth and profitability
