About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Integrate, transform, and make data available for analytical and operational consumption
- Manage and evolve cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS)
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
- Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams
- Actively participate in client discussions and the squad's roadmap
- Propose continuous improvements to architecture, performance, and processes
- Support engineering best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
- Knowledge of data modeling and building analytical structures (Data Lake / Data Warehouse)
- Experience with code versioning (Git)
- Experience working with large data volumes
- Experience in product-oriented or squad-based environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Athena or similar
- Experience automating and optimizing pipelines
