- Lead the development of all personal and commercial lines products
- Oversee the preparation of rate and form filings and responses to insurance departments
- Oversee the maintenance and creation of company forms and endorsements
- Serve as a technical resource and partner with underwriting in the development of rules and guidelines
- Conduct market research to identify trends and product enhancements
- Ensure product compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements
- BS/BA Degree
- Previous staff management/supervisory experience
- 7 or more years of insurance related experience
- 5 or more years of compliance, product development or actuarial experience (preferable 7 or more years)
- CPCU required, MBA/JD or MS/MA acceptable in lieu of CPCU
- Basic Microsoft Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat
- Develop working knowledge of HP Exsteam
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analyze problems and implement solutions
- Maintain basic knowledge of the impact of reinsurance on product design
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principals and procedures
