About the role
- Senior QA developing AI-assisted testing strategies while building the QA function at iGroove/Label OS. Leading test automation and quality metrics for financial platform.
Responsibilities
- You're looking for a Senior QA who can take ownership of how we test software—and push us toward smarter, AI-assisted approaches.
- You'll decide what we test, how we test it, and which tools give us the best coverage with the least friction.
- You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our test automation strategy.
- Evaluating and implementing AI testing tools (Testim, mabl, Playwright, etc.)
- Setting up self-healing tests that don't break every time the UI changes.
- Working with engineering to shift testing earlier in the development cycle.
- Defining what 'good enough' coverage looks like for different parts of the product.
- Reducing flaky tests and test maintenance overhead.
- Owning quality metrics and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA or test engineering, with experience leading test strategy
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI-augmented testing tool
- Strong background in test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines (we use GitLab)
- SQL skills—you'll need to validate data pipelines and calculations
- Experience with self-healing test frameworks (nice to have)
- Background in B2B SaaS, especially with financial or data-heavy products (nice to have)
