About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyzing insurance portfolios and assessing the adequacy of premiums
- Leading tariff projects and maintaining tariffs for Commercial Motor products
- Forecasting market developments and understanding trends
- Developing and improving pricing methodology and tools
- Coordinating Baltic product analysis standards and reporting tools
- Driving convergence toward common Baltic pricing processes
- Documenting pricing processes and supporting Baltic-wide process development
- Collaborating with Actuary, Underwriting, Data, IT, and other units on strategic projects
Requirements
- Strong analytical or actuarial skills with experience in pricing or portfolio analysis
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights
- Knowledge of insurance markets and trends, preferably in motor lines
- Familiarity with pricing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or IT
- Fluency in English and proficient in one of the Baltic languages
