- Test and pass DPOR CIC/CBC exam within 60 days of hire
- Ability to recruit and manage installation crews
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules
- Skilled at handling unexpected challenges
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local)
