Responsibilities
- Develop, write, modify and document business analyses in accordance with the business architecture specifications
- Document, design and optimize business processes

- Analyze, design and implement business solutions and controls

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a business analyst, preferably in finance, accounting or banking
- Accounting designation (CPA) considered an asset
- Strong expertise in business processes and structured analysis methods
- Recognized for analytical rigor and the ability to clarify complex requirements
- Comfortable with technology and autonomous in using a variety of tools (Windows, Power BI, Azure DevOps, HOPEX, Oracle ERP Cloud – assets)
- Intermediate proficiency in English, as the role requires regular communication with subsidiaries in the United States and Canada
