About the role
- Senior Cyber Security Consultant developing ISMS/BCMS with a focus on customer success and strategic growth. Leading projects, ensuring compliance, and driving business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- You will play a central role in further building and strategically advancing our ISMS/BCMS consulting portfolio
- Ensure that the cyber security framework at our clients is not just paperwork, but that the defined security requirements are actually implemented
- Guide clients in the implementation and ongoing development of information security management systems (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX®, BSI IT-Grundschutz) and serve as an experienced advisor
- Prepare our clients for internal and external audits, coach them on interacting with auditors, and provide practical tips for successful certification
- Take responsibility for complex client projects and their technical management, ensuring the quality of our consulting services
- Conduct conversations and sales calls with pre-qualified prospects, develop client relationships further, and identify new project opportunities
- Prepare audit documentation, reports, and action plans in a professional manner
- Continuously develop best practices, methodologies, and internal standards and actively contribute your experience to the development of our teams
Requirements
- Completed degree or comparable qualification with a focus on IT, information security, or related fields
- Solid knowledge in ISMS, particularly ISO 2700x, BSI IT-Grundschutz, VDA ISA / TISAX®, KRITIS, and related requirements
- Confident presence with clients and stakeholders – from technical experts to management
- Structured, analytical working style with high personal responsibility and decision-making ability
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Approximately 20% willingness to travel, primarily within the DACH region
