About the role

• Team Manager for Cyber Defence at Husqvarna Group ensuring a resilient security posture through effective leadership and strategy across IT Security Architecture and D&R services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT Security Architects and Detection & Response specialists
• Serve as both Process Owner and Service Owner for our 24/7 threat detection and incident response services
• Drive the evolution of detection & response capabilities
• Oversee key security areas including incident management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remediation activities
• Ensure continuous improvement through playbooks and well-governed processes
• Set, maintain, and monitor security standards across GIS and the business

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience from cybersecurity, IT security operations, security architecture, or similar domains
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and modern SOC practices
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remediation processes
• Solid knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and governance models
• Experience in agile ways of working and a people-centric leadership approach
• Clear and confident communication skills in senior leadership settings
