Responsibilities
Our tech managers perform a wide range of functions such as working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members—and leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support).

Requirements
6-10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
Must have experience managing a team
Must have experience using Studio
Having experience with Orchestrate is a plus!
Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provides appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs
Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIB’s.
Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements.
Work with cross functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions.
Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need
Deep expertise in one ore more technical area of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions
Experience coaching and leading technical staff members
Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
