About the role
- Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant leading and supporting Cloud implementations. Responsible for fit-gap analysis, configuration, and ensuring process coverage in O2C and PLM cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations
- Perform fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and user training
- Conduct client-facing discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions
- Manage SCM data upload/migration using FBDI & ADFDi templates
- Ensure end‑to‑end process coverage for O2C and PLM business cycles
Requirements
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
- hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- strong functional testing capabilities
- experience in managing client interactions, requirements, and solution delivery
- fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering and documentation
- application configuration, testing, and user training
- independent management of the SCM track
- configuration of workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting customization requirements across modules
- thorough understanding of end‑to‑end O2C processes
- strong manual testing skills with experience in SIT/UAT support
- exposure to Groovy scripting within Fusion
- strong understanding of costing within PLM and O2C cycles
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
