Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – ARCS/ARC
- Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – CPA/CA/MCom/MBA (Finance)
- Should have worked on at least four end-to-end ARCS implementations
- Lead and deliver customer EPM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Expertise in creating Formats, profiles, attributes, matching rules, custom reports using SQL and BIP
- Experience building EPM integrations using Data Integration, Integration Agent, Pipeline, SQL, and EPM Automate
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable facing the client
- Demonstrate core consulting skills, ability to conduct demos and ad hoc assignments
- Should be able to work on Reporting – Management and Narrative Reporting
- Should be able to work on integrations and automations
- Should be open to adopt new technologies
- Experience with FCCS is a plus
