Workday certification in Core HCM, and Compensation
Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead
Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation
Institutional strategic planning

Client executive relationship management
Multiple cradle to grave implementation experience
Excellent communication skills - oral and written
Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
