About the role

  • Product Analytics Manager driving analytics efforts for Debit Card strategies. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement and optimize product performance based on data-driven insights.

  • Design and evaluate test and learn initiatives (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality analyses) to measure the impact of debit engagement, marketing, or product initiatives; define success metrics, measurement plans, and causal readouts, and translate results into product and marketing actions.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with scheduled refreshes, executive ready views, and clearly documented metrics that support ongoing debit performance monitoring and decision making.
  • Partner closely with Product and Agile delivery teams to support pre and post launch analysis of debit initiatives, quantify business impact, and prioritize optimization opportunities based on data and evidence.
  • Operate an analytics intake and delivery workflow: scope requests, prioritize work, communicate interim insights, and present final recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured, and decision-oriented manner.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, access controls, and regulatory expectations when working with PCI and consumer transaction data, and when sharing analytics outputs with internal or external partners.
