About the role
- Business Banking Operations - Section Manager managing daily activities and ensuring production goals. Acts as subject matter expert, handling business loans in a centralized environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily activities for a functional area
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the team
- Ensures Business Banking production of business loans with established Production, SLA & Quality goals
- Prepares, maintains and/or monitors reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Act as primary back up for their manager as needed for team huddles & meetings
- Resolves the more complex working problems
- Perform or review Quality Reviews for all colleagues on the team
- Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make the area more efficient.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years’ experience with business or commercial lending in a centralized lending environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources
- Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality.
