Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Engineering, or equivalent analytical field
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics or data engineering
- Architecture experience in big data, data warehousing, operational analytics, and integration
- Strong Python programming skills with ability to write efficient, production-quality code
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and relational database structures (SQL)
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools and UI design: Plotly, Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana
- Proven ability to optimize performance of big data systems and implement efficient analytics algorithms
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable presenting to customers
- Ability to be self-sufficient and execute quickly with autonomy
- Flexible team player who thrives in dynamic, constantly evolving environments
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (B2 Upper Intermediate minimum)
