Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional experience with data and process automations -OR- Master's degree and 2+ years of professional experience with data and process automations
- Experience analyzing data to address a wide variety of business opportunities and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
- Demonstrated passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Advanced Degree and/or Technical Certifications such as Microsoft's PL300, Databricks, SQL, and/or Python (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python, SaaS and/or data querying languages/systems (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform application suite, particularly Power BI and/or Power Apps/Automate (Preferred)
- Experience in data mining, predictive modeling, and/or trend analysis techniques (Preferred)
- Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors (Preferred)
