About the role
- Lead Systems Engineer responsible for Mac technology strategy and implementation at Humana. Oversight of systems, projects, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic direction, design, and implementation of associate technology at Humana, focusing on Mac solutions.
- Oversight of multiple systems and projects, including Mac Onboarding, Network, policy management, compliance, and automation across Mac technologies.
- Accountable for implementing business continuity and overseeing and evaluating Mac security, privacy, network, and new device solutions across different lines of business.
- Partner closely with peers across Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design to grow Mac devices across Humana's many different areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Mac, Systems Engineering experience in a large-scale enterprise environment, specific to workplace technology solutions.
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering ITIL experience, in design, analysis, configuration, and maintenance of complex systems software solutions and infrastructure.
- Experience designing and implementing highly scalable management systems and controls leveraging products including Jamf or other similar Mac Management solutions.
- Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements, and architecture conversations with all partners (management, business users, and technology resources).
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge managing large, complex initiatives in a results-driven environment, and accountability of deadlines and value propositions.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, risk management and information security processes including SOC, CIS, NIST, HIPAA and PCI.
- Experience creating strategic roadmaps, reference architecture and engineering artifacts.
- Expertise working with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with expanding a Device choice program for associates.
- Improving the Mac onboarding experience with an “out of the box” enrollment.
- Experience with in-office WiFi improvements for Mac.
