Junior Client Service Associate providing transition support in insurance brokerage. Assisting clients with account setup and paperwork during firm transition.
Responsibilities
Set up all clients with Account View Network all direct business accounts to client households
Prepare new account paperwork for transitioning clients
Audit files at LPL for each client to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare broker change forms for direct business accounts at American Funds
Review and process transition-related paperwork; ensure all required forms are completed fully and accurately
Run reports and provide status updates on account transitions and new account forms
Maintain and update client data in CRM software as accounts transition
Assist with other transition-related tasks and ad hoc reporting requests as needed
Requirements
Background in financial services, insurance, or employee benefits including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (1 year experience preferred but not required)
Good understanding of financial planning concepts and terminology a plus, willingness to learn required
Exceptional customer service experience
Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
Ability to interact with people across all levels of the business
Strong attention to detail
