About the role
- Solution Architect responsible for designing and implementing ERP solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for HSO Enterprise Solutions AG. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of customized ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Analysis and definition of clients' business requirements and translation into technical specifications
- Proactive consulting to clients on optimizing their business processes
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Development of functional architectures and integration solutions
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for end users and key users
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP implementation and architecture, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Deep knowledge of financial and operational business processes
- Solid understanding of system integrations and data migrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team-player mentality and the ability to work independently
- Very good German and good English language skills are required
