Responsibilities
Establish the practice's budgets and objectives
Manage and forecast budgets
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice's methodologies and tools to increase the efficiency of solution deployments and pre-sales activities
Participate in the project escalation process
Manage the team's skills to foster a strategic advantage
Support the resource allocation process
Manage the practice's recruitment plan
Participate in the recruitment process for consultants (interviews, job offers, etc.)
Monitor technology trends to maintain a competitive advantage
Develop and collaborate with business partners on business development initiatives
Establish and maintain business relationships with the Workday sales and implementation teams in Canada and the United States
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and publish marketing content
Collaborate with the sales team on various activities, including solution demonstrations and responding to service requirements
Develop and maintain a service offering aligned with current market requirements and trends
Participate in client roadmaps and return-on-investment initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration
Experience as a practice director or equivalent relevant experience
Strong knowledge of our UKG solutions is an asset
