Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and fulfilment activities across assigned markets
Facilitate smooth order execution, coordinate with various stakeholders including category, factory teams, customer ops, SCOAH and logistics
Analyze market demand and supply data to optimize inventory levels and distribution strategies
Enhance customer satisfaction and collaborate on solving issues effectively
Work closely with category, customer ops, factory ops, logistic and finance teams
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain
Generate regular reports and analysis on order fulfilment performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or related field
Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, operations, logistics, or order fulfilment
Fluent English language (both written and verbal)
Self-driven person, taking ownership and able to drive end to end initiatives
Analytical skills and capacity to interpret complex data
Experienced Excel user
Strong communication skills, internal and towards external partners
Capability to work across different IT environments
