- Market Supply Chain Operations Analyst responsible for planning and fulfilment activities in regions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for optimal execution and market attainment.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end planning and fulfilment activities across assigned markets
- Facilitate smooth order execution, coordinate with various stakeholders including category, factory teams, customer ops, SCOAH and logistics
- Analyze market demand and supply data to optimize inventory levels and distribution strategies
- Enhance customer satisfaction and collaborate on solving issues effectively
- Work closely with category, customer ops, factory ops, logistic and finance teams
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain
- Generate regular reports and analysis on order fulfilment performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, operations, logistics, or order fulfilment
- Fluent English language (both written and verbal)
- Self-driven person, taking ownership and able to drive end to end initiatives
- Analytical skills and capacity to interpret complex data
- Experienced Excel user
- Strong communication skills, internal and towards external partners
- Capability to work across different IT environments
