About the role

• Mid Python Engineer developing AI-powered support tools for Hostinger's Customer Success team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Kodee and enhance support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new features for Kodee, Customer Success platform as well as related tools
• Own service architecture decisions, delivering reliable, scalable code
• Integrate Kodee with systems across Product, Customer Success and more
• Align and collaborate with Chatbots Team as well as other teams to deliver seamless Kodee experience
• Share knowledge and elevate coding standards across the team

Requirements

• Strong experience with **Python **as well as knowledge about most common frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.)
• Proven ability to design and consume high-throughput REST APIs
• Ability to leverage **AI Software Development tools **(Cursor, Claude Code) to boost your productivity
• Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with scalable, containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• High curiosity to stay up to date with the state of the art of the fast-moving AI field
• Experience in **AI, LLMs integrations**, and/or process automation solutions (Nice to have)
• Knowledge on observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) (Nice to have)
