Responsibilities
Support the mapping and improvement of Revenue Cycle processes.
Prepare and update spreadsheet reports for analysis and development of action plans.
Create and update results presentations.
Monitor and update operational KPIs, supporting strategic decision-making.
Maintain standardization of routines across units and critical departments.
Support teams in reducing denials (glosas) and increasing billing within the scope of responsibility.
Contribute to root cause analyses and action plans to resolve operational issues.
Ensure the integrity and consistency of the data used in reports.
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and results.
Maintain ongoing alignment with clinical, financial, and administrative teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Previous experience in financial activities, billing, collections, performance, continuous improvement, or related areas
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare sector, especially hospitals
