  • Field Director Services overseeing teams across regions for profitability at Home Depot. Responsible for sales, talent management, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and directing a team comprising District Services Managers, Assistant Market Managers, Branch Install Managers, Sales Managers, and Regional Provider Managers
  • Responsible for achieving profitability for assigned geography by ensuring sales teams are meeting or exceeding targets for sales plans
  • Lead field associates to develop and reinforce selling and operational skills through education, coaching, mentorship, and motivation
  • Analyze and interpret sales, financial, and operational metrics across assigned services area
  • Identify opportunities and implement appropriate game plans for improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in predictive modeling, data mining and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a retail environment, home improvement industry or general construction industry
  • People management experience with multi-unit or geographically dispersed teams
  • Proven ability to drive strategy and change management through input, delivery, and implementation of initiatives
  • Experience adopting new technologies and applying to business applications
  • Experience evaluating and establishing strategies for multiple locations
  • Strong business and financial acumen
