Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and strategic messaging for paid ads and organic content tailored to the French market.
Write compelling video scripts and copy that align with HOLY's brand voice while resonating with French cultural nuances.
Manage full video production from concept and recording through to final delivery, frequently appearing on camera.
Edit organic and paid video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, crafting emotionally engaging stories in HOLY's signature style.
Optimize content for platform-specific formats and requirements (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads).
Analyze content performance and iterate based on data insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
Native French speaker with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of French culture, humor, and local trends.
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera — eager to take the spotlight in organic and paid videos and act as the face of HOLY in France.
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube formats, with a keen eye for trends in French social media.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — experienced in editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills — able to craft scroll-stopping narratives that engage, entertain, and convert.
Creative thinker who enjoys pushing boundaries and testing bold ideas.
