About the role

• Analista contábil pleno/sênior liderando a transformação da contabilidade na Costa Brava Viagens e Eventos. Buscando apropriar as operações contábeis internas para melhorar agilidade e conexão com o negócio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in the recording of all the company's financial transactions, including revenues, expenses, investments and cash flow.
• Ensure bank reconciliations are performed and maintain the accuracy of accounting records.
• Prepare financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement (P&L), cash flow statement and other accounting documentation required by law or management.
• Monitor and analyze expenses and revenues, contributing to result optimization.
• Manage inventory, ensuring correct asset accounting.
• Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations, with a focus on speed and automation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications.
• Participate in payroll processing and calculation of social charges in coordination with HR.
• Stay up to date with fiscal, tax and accounting legislation.
• Provide accurate financial information to support senior management decision-making.
• Lead configuration of chart of accounts, accounting rules and financial automations in the Benner ERP.
• Collaborate with technology, controllership and business teams to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) completed.
• Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC) is desirable.
• Solid experience in corporate accounting, including in-house roles.
• Experience with companies taxed under the Lucro Real (Real Profit) regime.
• Hands-on experience with ERPs (preferably Benner), including accounting configurations and data integration.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with strategic areas.
• Knowledge of fiscal/accounting bookkeeping, NFSe (electronic service invoice), and tax calculations for ISS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL.
• Previous experience in accounting internalization processes (desirable).
• Experience in accounting firms and in-house corporate accounting departments (desirable).
• Knowledge of accounting management tools such as Accountfy or similar (desirable).
• Participation in digital transformation and accounting automation projects (desirable).
• Proactive profile with an innovative mindset and focus on continuous improvement (desirable).
