About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate planning teams within engineering
- Independently plan, control and monitor complex infrastructure projects
- Manage budgets and resources with consideration of economic objectives
- Ensure quality standards, adherence to schedules and compliance with legal and technical regulations
- Act as a central link between divisional management, site managers and project managers to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare cost estimates, tender documents and bid analyses
- Manage client relationships and ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction with a focus on project management, planning, site management or design
- Leadership skills and experience managing construction or planning teams
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards (DIN, VOB, HOAI) and experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
- Strong goal- and team-orientation, strategic and commercial thinking, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as assertiveness
