Responsibilities
Look forward to engaging and challenging assignments.
Advise and, where applicable, take on (partial) project leadership for client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services.
Identify clients' organizational challenges and work with them to develop tailored solutions to adapt existing service management processes.
Conduct roll-out planning for service delivery of new services and establish or optimize service provider management.
Further develop our consulting offerings by contributing your experience and introducing new methods.
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in ITSM.
Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM.
Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business.
Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies, and the ability to design solutions/concepts and explain them.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
