- Senior Consultant specializing in IT security at a consulting firm with over 300 employees. Leading project teams, implementing security management strategies, and supporting clients remotely and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and support the implementation of tailored Information Security Management strategies and solutions for a variety of clients — remotely and on-site
- Guide clients through protection-needs assessments, structural analyses, and the establishment of complete Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
- Design organizational and technical security solutions in complex projects and support their implementation
- Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics (e.g., data protection/privacy, operational organization, service management) and help further develop our consulting offerings
Requirements
- University degree in a business or IT-related field, e.g., (business) informatics, engineering, or a comparable professional qualification — motivation is key
- Practical experience applying information security standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz (200-series), plus several years of professional experience, e.g., as a Lead Auditor, IT-Grundschutz consultant, or similar
- Proven experience in project management and a passion for knowledge transfer
- Drive to work on complex topics, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and very good German language skills
