About the role
- Managing Consultant in IT Service Organisation providing guidance in IT management and strategy. Leading projects for service orientation within IT organizations and developing consulting offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery for client engagements to establish a service-oriented approach in IT organizations
- Define service models, services and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures
- Support the implementation and/or adaptation of ITSM processes at the client
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
- Provide subject-matter leadership to other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
- Highly independent and self-driven working style, able to take responsibility in challenging situations
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and an above-average solution orientation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
