About the role

Responsibilities
- Identify the challenges of our clients' IT organizations and work with them to develop tailored solutions in IT service management
- Optimize IT service management by defining appropriate processes and value streams and driving their continuous improvement
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
- Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience in IT service management, or professional experience as an IT service manager / IT head
- Extensive understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Highly independent and self-directed, able to take responsibility in challenging situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
